They’re nothing new or revolutionary, but I can’t stop eating them, they’re so delicious. These are ideal for vacation, spring, summer, St. Patty’s Day, and Easter. All you need is a bite and you’ll be addicted to them.
And this recipe is not only delicious, but also easy, so in just a couple of minutes you can make them. Three ingredients are everything you need.
- 1 package of Mint OREO Cookies (crushed)
- 1 brick of softened cream cheese
- 2 cups of mint green & semi-sweet chocolate chips
First, the oreo cookies must be crushed. You can either use a blander or food processor, or just seal the cookies in a plastic bag and crush them with a meat mallet. Then add the cream cheese and blend until well mixed.
Use a scoop cookie and roll each scoop into a ball, then put the balls on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Before dipping, freeze the balls for 30 minutes. This step is essential, the balls of cookies must be completely chilled, otherwise you will end up in your melting chocolate with a lot of crumbs.
Then melt in the microwave for 1-2 minutes the mint green chocolate chips and stir softly until smooth. If necessary, return the chocolate for further melting to the microwave for 15 seconds.
Dip each ball in the chocolate and place it back on the lined pan. Add your favorite sprinkles and put them in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
