One-ingredient Remedies To Get Rid Of Spider Veins!

Massage. Begin by lying on a flat surface. Place a pillow under your legs and apply your veins with olive oil. Massage the impacted regions from the foot for several minutes, massaging them upward. Repeat three to four times a day.

Hydrogen Peroxide. 

Ingredients: 2 cups of water, half cup of 3% anti-inflammatory hydrogen peroxide and a cotton towel.

Preparation: Place the water and hydrogen peroxide in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Then, soak the cotton towel in the mixture and place it on the affected area. Leave it on for 20 minutes, then wash the area.

Witch Hazel. Pour some witch hazel on a ball of cotton and apply it to the areas affected. Do this twice or three times a day. The first few uses will give you temporary relief – it will take 6-8 weeks to completely eliminate the spider veins.

Essential Oils.

Incredients: 1 tbsp of Almond oil and 2-3 drops of Lemon essential oil.

Preparation: Mix well the components and use it to massage the veins. Rub in a direction upwards. Do this twice a day and after a month the results will be noticeable.

Arnica Gel. Just add the gel to the veins and let it be absorbed by the skin. Do this twice a day and after 2 months the spider veins will totally vanish.

Extra Tips

1. Exercise

Regular exercise can enhance the flow of blood in the legs, helping to push the blood in the veins. You can also reduce your blood pressure with practice, which is another factor that contributes to spider veins. To assist your calf and thigh muscles, do activities such as swimming, walking, cycling and yoga.

2. Keep The Legs Elevated

By maintaining the feet elevated, ideally at the same height as the core or above, it will enhance circulation. This reduces the pressure in the legs’ veins and gravity will assist the blood flow smoothly back to the core. You should strive to maintain your feet elevated if you sit down for lengthy periods of time, such as during job or rest.
