Summer is here, and it’s time for long relaxing days on the beach, where you can enjoy the sun with your friends. We all want to have a beautiful and even tan that emphasizes the curves of our body and turn us into elegant sun blocked mermaids.
We know that the sun is beneficial to us because it helps us to get the vital vitamin D, but also the sun’s rays can be harmful to us and our skin. In recent years, sunlight has become stronger and more aggressive and can cause several problems if we do not know how to protect ourselves.
One of them is the appearance of pigment spots on our face. This means that our dream of having a beautiful and tender complexion becomes a nightmare for our skin and bad summer memories. To prevent these troubles, we’ve prepared five easy ways to protect our skin from the appearance of pigment spots and keep it fresh and hydrated throughout the summer.

Honey face mask and avocado.
As a natural humectant, honey helps maintain hydration in the skin, and its antibacterial properties and antioxidants make it a must in fighting face spots. When combined with avocado, it increases the moisture and slows down the aging of the skin.

Ingredients: 2-3 avocado 1/4 cup honey

1. Cut the avocados at retail
2. Stir in a medium-sized bowl and add honey
3. Stir the mixture until smooth and homogenous Apply with hands and let go for 15 minutes and then wash with lukewarm water.

Sugar Scrub With Sugar
Although sugar is usually used to remove dead skin, it appears to be an excellent choice in the fight against hyperpigmentation. Also, sugar retains moisture in the skin. It is best to use refined brown sugar because it is smaller and will not hurt our lips.

1 tablespoon organic coconut oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Honey

1. In a bowl, mix the coconut oil with 1 tablespoon honey until a thick and smooth texture is obtained.
2. Add the sugar and stir until a paste-like mixture is obtained. Adjust the amount of sugar to achieve the desired scab texture. Before each use, clean your lips and leave the scent at room temperature to melt. Apply the desired amount to your lips with circular movements. Allow it to stand for 1-2 minutes and then remove it with a warm cloth.

Face Mask with Tea Matrix Green Tea

One of the best home remedies for sunburn. It soothes the irritated skin, delivers the necessary dose of hydration, and reduces the appearance of spots on the skin.

1 tsp. Moroccan clay, also known as red clay
1 tsp. tea powder
1 tsp. coconut milk powder
1 tsp. yogurt or coconut yogurt

1. Add the powdered ingredients to a small bowl
2. Add some yogurt until you make a paste.
Apply the mixture on clean, damp skin.
Apply the mask for fifteen to twenty minutes and wash it with warm water.

Face mask with oatmeal
Grains of oatmeal soothes dry skin and help with sunburns, insect bites, and even eczema. When combined with some other ingredients, they create a mixture that nourishes the skin and protects it from the appearance of stains.

3 tsp. oat or oatmeal
1 tsp. almond or plain milk (lightly warmed)
1 teaspoon of rose water
1 teaspoon of regular or coconut yogurt

1. Mix the slurry with warm milk
2. Stir until a thick paste is formed
3. Mix with rose water and yogurt
Apply the mask on clean, damp skin including neckline or neck. Leave for 15 to 30 minutes and rinse well with lukewarm water.
